1. Your Right to Withdraw
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
You, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), received the goods, or
In the case of partial deliveries: when the last item was delivered.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear statement (e.g., by email or post) indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model Withdrawal Form provided below, though it is not mandatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

5. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized items
Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
Perishable goods
