We offer custom-made rugs tailored to your preferred dimensions, colors, and design requirements.

  • Production time generally ranges from 2–6 months depending on size and complexity
  • A deposit may be required before production begins
  • Custom-made and bespoke rugs are produced specifically for each customer
  • Once production, material sourcing, dyeing, or weaving has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded

General Care

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction
  • Rotate your rug periodically to ensure even wear
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
  • Keep away from excessive moisture
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or stain-removal products
  • Use a rug pad where appropriate

Spill & Stain Care

  • Act quickly before stains dry
  • Blot liquids with a clean absorbent cloth
  • Do not rub the affected area
  • For tea, coffee, or wine stains, use a mild solution of lukewarm water and gentle detergent For stubborn stains, consult a professional rug cleaning specialist Professional cleaning is recommended when necessary.

Sample swatches may be available for selected rug collections to help customers evaluate colors and materials before placing an order.

Sample Returns

  • Samples may be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Samples must be returned in their original condition
  • Customers are responsible for returning samples safely and securely
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned sample
  • Return shipping costs for samples are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

  • Free shipping on most rug orders within Germany and selected European Union countries
  • In-stock rugs are typically delivered within 5–15 business days

  • The item must be shipped within 14 days after return approval.
  • Once received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Return Shipping Costs

  • For customers within the European Union, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is faulty, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
  • For customers outside the European Union, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Aziza Women Weavers

Handwoven Afghan Rug Company, Aqcha – Jozjan Province

Aziza Women Weavers is a family-run Afghan carpet company dedicated to preserving the timeless tradition of handwoven rugs. Founded in 2002 by Aziza in a refugee camp, the company began with a vision of resilience and craftsmanship and has since grown into a recognized name in Afghan textile art.

Today, based in Aqcha, the workshop employs around 50 staff and works with more than
5,000 home-based artisans—many of them women—who continue generations of weaving
knowledge from their homes and communities.

Every rug is fully handmade, from spinning and natural dyeing to knotting and finishing. The team uses locally sourced wool and over 100 natural plant-based dyes supplied by Afghan farmers, ensuring both authenticity and sustainability. Thousands of meters of rugs are produced each month, with a strong focus on quality, fair wages, and traditional techniques.

Through its partnership with Azizi Art, Aziza Women Weavers shares the beauty of Afghan craftsmanship with customers worldwide, bringing handmade rugs filled with heritage, skill, and purpose into homes across the globe.
